A&N Group secured a US$1.28 million contract from ALZamil Heavy Industries Ltd in Saudi Arabia for the supply of welding equipment for the fabrication of six NGL Storage Vessels.

The six massive bullets measure 6.6 metres diameter x 70 metres and weigh 1000 tonnes, arguably making them the largest NGL Storage Bullets under construction in the world today.

The largest conventional positioner in Europe was hired out to the Breman Machinery BV steel fabrication workshop in Genemuiden, Netherlands from A&N Europe for the fabrication of a complex 11 metre conical head weighing 90 tonnes.

This huge Positioner, was modified by A&N with extended outrigger arms to meet the handling and welding requirements of this complex element.
